What is now a family-friendly escape was once our own family’s private home, a quiet villa nestled beside a peaceful lagoon and surrounded by open grasslands. After the pandemic, as Calatagan slowly came back to life, we saw the potential in this special place. With “hava” meaning

to live, the name felt perfectly aligned with what we wanted the resort to represent: a space where families, friends, and travelers could slow down, breathe, and simply live.
